Secure Chat not working - no response after connection.

Secure chat no working

FNB your Secure Chat did not work on Friday 12 June 2020. Got connected twice with an agent and then for more than 15mins after that, no response. Will be better if you install a service with robots than this function, at least will have a response then.

Please step up your game on do not offer this service. I am a Private Clients customer but have no idea why I pay the premium for this lack of service.
