secure chat is nonsense can i speak to a person who knows what they doing please

Once again trying to get assistance via secure chat and there is never a response ans im redirected to rate service received yet i have received none

i keep getting messages to say the new person im talkign to yet have not spoken to anyone i need assistance i cannot transact on my app and will not be risking covid to go into a bank

this is not the first ime i have an issue with secure chat and i only get assistance if i complain here
