Secure Chat is Flawed

I can't keep silent regarding the Secure Chat on the FNB App any longer.

I have screenshots where if I don't reply within ONE minute, the consultant ends the chat.

Please send me a email so I can attach the screenshots OR go onto my chats on my SECURE Chat.
