"Secure chat" inconvenience
How is it that you can close all of you communication portals and point everything to the "Secure Chat"but you get placed in a queue everytime and disconnected before reaching an agent. Please assist me in closing my account. You have my details!

Shortly after the complaint I received an email asking me for a signed and dated copy of my ID to close my account. I provided you with what you requested and received no feedback thereafter? It is now been a week already.
