Secure Chat FNB

The secure chat function is a total wasted effort. I had just being informed today that my salary will be paid on the 20th. I want to make sure that I don't have declined bank fees or arrears. the consult will either tell me that they can't help or take too long to respond or just CLOSE THE CHAT. what must I do... this does not help at all!
