Secure Chat - FAIL!

The Secure chat function is a ridiculous waste of time. on average, waiting time from a response of "I will be with you shortly" can be anything from 20 - 40 mins. Or the chat times out and you have to start again.

As frustrating as the call center is, it's better to call directly than attempt spending hours watch your phone in hopes of a response.
