Secure chat facility

Have been trying the chat function from about 15:00 today. 22 minutes later I get a reply to say that I am on with a banker, only to be put back into the queue. 23 minutes later, I get another reply to say I am on with a banker, only to be put back into the queue again! 3 minutes later I get another response from another banker. I explained my query, 3 minutes after which the banker is disconnected, and I am thereafter put back into the queue. 1 minute later, I get another reply from yet another banker. I explain my query, he asks for my ID number and full name. After I reply with the required details, no reply. 10 minutes later, the chat is ended due to "no further response from you". Over an hour of inefficient and ineffective technology service. Unacceptable!
