Secure chat disconnecting and negative balance why?

So I been trying to understand why all of a sudden the next day my account is in a negative balance when I had a positive the previous day. Reaching out to FNB via the secure chat is a nightmare when they keep disconnecting the chats and I have to repeat myself. I need someone to tell me what is going on with my account as there is no transparency or I will move my banking to another institution.
