Secure chat consultant frustration

Used secure chat to query repeat charges to my credit card and the first consultant dropped off the I landed Sechaba who first told me the fees are due to vendors trying to debit my card but they didn't know which vendors. Next sechaba suggested I file a ***** claim I asked what they saw that amounted to ***** and same as with the vendor assumption zero. I then asked that sechaba block the vendors from my card and credit the recurring fees still zero. Then I asked sechaba to as their supervisor for assistance and got zilch. Then bright spark sechaba suggested I cancel my credit card. Can I get help on crediting these recurring fees if the bank can't identify them how am I to get to the bottom on this?
