Secure Chat Arrogance

I had a terrible experience with a "Thabang" yesterday at 17:03. My query related to having been debited twice. The so called Thabang just said that they were offline and when I viewed my state of shock at his inability to assist me he became arrogant. FNB must just tell us if they want us to move to Discovery Bank without treating us like filth. I have been an FNB customer for years now but if this is treatment that I must endure than I will be happy to leave them today!
