Secure Chat and Customer Care useless

I'm struggle now for more than 4 weeks just of getting my credit card close after the Fnb Life Done paying my credit card now i see that the FNB have the cheak to charge me with R 156.00 Bank charges and refused for refund it i request to get that charges refund and let my credit card bean close ASAP
