I went to the secure chat got hold of Xoli to get an account confirmation letter he was unable to assist then had to be transferred to Tshepo he couldn’t assist too all I need is to get the letter 🙄I’m trying to do a salary switch clearly I will not be happy banking with FNB I’m been taken puller to post
