Secure chat

Secure chat. Love the concept but the platform does not work optimally at all. Thought it was network issues but this has been my 7th interaction and Always have an issue even from Different locations. Constantly disconnected and redirected. There are lags in message. And I also find the service agents not that clued up on processes and have to be redirected. The IT environment needs to be investigated for a more customer friendly experience
