Secure Chat

Its not quite possible to rate the secure chat on the app. I have never come across something so inadequate and poorly developed. Messages are routinely lost, the user gets moved around the application and is continually scrolling down to find the actual chat, agents take ages to type, agents seldom understand the issue, robots routinely interrupt the messages with inane comments...its a total disaster. How anyone in their right mind could release this type of software is beyond me. Oh wait, I forgot, it probably saves them money
