Section 129 yay!!

Firstly, I have a fusion wealth account, Which I requested to be closed before the initial fees were t be reduced.

Secondly, I do not appreciate a claim reg rift section 129 notice without your legal team first making sure you guys cannot be sued for “threatening” with Initiation of a civil claim.

I’m sure you guys are well aware that I am an attorney evidently as one of the requirements for the account was to furnish proof of qualification.

If I do not receive an apology, will then personally institute a civil claim, as I have proof of sending the email to the banker, with her acknowledgment.

Ball is in your court to decide, never threaten without concrete proof, I am not a “normal” client. I will not pay any fees(R700), and I would love to see that section 129 instituted against me.
