Section 129 notice thread

Very unhappy with fnb as I've made arrangements with a agent on Monday when I received an sms indicating that my account is in arrears, I phoned them and explained that I lost my job 2 months ago and started at my new job on the 1st and Wil make payment on the 28th when I get paid ... the agent said she will make a note and if I fail to pay at the end of the month I will be issued with a section 129 notice . Which is only fair ! But . .. 4 days later I get an sms indicating that I've been contacted several times and failed to make payment... I can't help for the circumstances and made arrangements , I'm busy moving , painting the new house I have 2 babies I have to provide for so obviously when I get my sassa grant i use that to buy food and not pay into my account as I can't starve my kids . .. why are they still threatening with the notice??
