Section 129 Letter

I was unemployed and not earning a salary for 6 months. I am now employed again and have made a temporary payment arrangement with FNB which I am adhering to.
Today I get an SMS stating that FNB is sending me a Section 129 legal letter.
I have not disappeared or dodged my obligations - am doing the best I can and still I'm being penalised
I no longer want the use of the credit card. Make an arrangement with me to pay off in entirety and that's it.
