Secondhand Items on Ebucks

I recently purchased a nutribullet on ebucks.com (after having saved my ebucks for years). When I looked at the package I thought it was odd... the box does not look new. When I opened it... I was dumbfounded to find out that I was delivered a used/return item. The nutribullet glasses had lots of scratches; it was obvious that it was not new. I did not expect to receive a second hand item. Imagine I had bought this as a present and sent as a present to a friend. What would they think; cheapskate giving us a secondhand present. I have called ebucks ( ********** 200) about 5 times... they are still contacting their supplier. I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue. #fnb, #ebucks, #poorservice,

Dear Daffnie, I also have a reference number but it is of no use unless ACTION is taken. I was told that they are awaiting feedback from the supplier... What feedback do they need... they should have sent a Brand NEW item in the first place not a USED one... Now I have to wait for the courrier to deliver the item AGAIN... instead of me using it already. Think about all the INCONVENIENCE caused - have to wait for the courrier service at home again. Apologies and Sorry are not going to solve my issue nor compensate for the inconvenience. Who is going to pay for the phones I made? #fnb, #ebucks, #poorservice,
