Second time poor work from FNB interbank transfer department

This is the second time that the interbank transfer department is making a Colossal mess out of their job. Are you working? I was sent money again on Saturday night. Due to your extreme high fees my mother does not want to make a direct transfer. Please it is two days later and the money is still not in and I have to pay something and in the meantime these people are deducting or trying to and no funds and I get charged now unnecessarily. Your lack of urgency for your work is astounding and I have to pay for it. Shame on you. Please contact me directly. ***
