second payment

Over the past few days transactions have been going off on my account which i am not responsible for or have authorized ,they are labeled #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 2 ITEMS to the amount of over R1000 I was not informed about this when changing to a premier cheque account!!!I am EXTREMELY ANGERED by this and the nerve of this bank ,that is in addition to "service charges " that also were not outlined on the call that I received.I demand that you fix this immediately ,otherwise I will have to request the call be brought up and pursue legal action and use my associates social media presence to voice my grievances .Terribly disappointed
