Second ***** case in less than a month and half - Credit Card

If I could give -100 I would! I am in tears as i am sitting here now. On 12th July there was ***** on my Credit Card during the night while I was asleep. They took of an amount of R1274. It took FNB Credit Card Division 3 weeks to issue me with a new card - So basically I was without a card for 3 weeks after paying my monthly salary into the card - because you earn more ebucks by swiping your credit card. I woke up this morning only to discover the same thing happened - this time R11233.57 was taken off my card and if I google the company they are based in the UK. Once again I DID NOT received a one time pin to confirm the transaction. Now I will be without a card again! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? HOW can these amounts just be taken off without getting authorisation from myself(without an OTP or a call to confirm a transaction of such a big amount! I have been a very very loyal FNB Customer for 10 years now and if this is the way they treat their customers and if they can't keep my money safe I will move the another bank and will tell everyone how unsafe the bank is! This will also be reported to the newspapers! I have never been so dissapointed in anything in my life as i am with FNB
