Second Complaint on the same thing

Utter useless there collection department. This is the second complaint/review on this because a person is just getting nowhere. A new case was opened because they lost or something the first case despite all the info. With the new and second case I spoke to Modjadji Machethe that insured me things would be deferent and get resolved.

Its been a week later with no communication, no responding to my follow up mails. Just nothing.
