Searching for an ATM only gives those out of order

Hi - it has annoyed me several times previously that I get to an ATM only to find it is out of order. I hop onto the FNB android app to find the next nearest ATM but the app will ONLY show me the out-of-order ATM where I am. This is rather silly.<br> <br> I have raised this through your call centre but OF COURSE NOTHING comes of it. FNB is usually quite clever but this is plain STUPID! <br> <br> How do you respond? Hope I don't have to resort to twitter to get wider exposure of this issue.
