Scratch and Dent, that turned into a full motorclaim - NO FEEDBACK since quotation and assessment done.

Follow up emails done to consultant Raino Abrams and included the care and service recovery dept. I also included my Private Client banker, who was meant to escalate.

This is absolutely unacceptable service, how can Follow ups not be responded to.
