SCHOCKING! NOT ABLE TO SETTLE MY DEBT DUE TO NO FEEDBACK ON SETTLEMENTS
So it has been over a month where my debt counsellor is trying to get information on 2 accounts from FNB I still owe. Up to date no feedback, we get sent to everyone, and no one can assist. I have taken this to the Ombudsman and National Credit Regulator because my clearance and my credit score WILL NOT hang indefinitely due to FNB's inability to assist! SHOCKING! Easy to hand out money but when a consumer is standing with the money ready to pay, no one knows anything, and the consumer pulls the short end of it!

Revolving loan on my credit report, unable to become debt free as you are in my way, after one month of up and down, no one is able to help me. I actually dont know if I should laugh or cry, leaning towards laughing cause this is just something else!!!!!!!
