Scheduled transfer/ebucks

A few weeks back I created a scheduled transfer which I couldn’t see until the money went out of the account and even after contacting FNB, I wanted to cancel it before the date, but it wasn’t visible on app/web, I was told that I can’t reverse this amount but if I had been able to see the scheduled transfer I would have cancelled it, so this is not on me but FNB who eventually ran the transaction successfully, I need this money reversed.

Additionally, on this case ***NF I was told that I couldn’t earn ebucks because I had a temp loan, I have since paid off this loan but still not earning ebucks, please correct your books FNB.
