SCHEDULED PAYMENTS

A scheduled payment instruction was made in Dec 2015 for the payment to be made on 28-12-15. I received an email confirmation from FNB stating that this was successful. I was informed in January that payment was not reflecting by the recipient. went into the branch on Monday 11-01-16 & was informed that I had not used the \"clear"\"" instruction when loading so the funds were not sent but are instead reserved for payment"
