Scary and more trainings are needed - Security

SCARY! SCARY !

19/01 - collected my premium cheques card and was told that I couldn't apply for a replacement credit card without disrupting service of my current card (3 days while they issue the new card) - Vuyani Gwija

25/01 - logged a complaint Hellopeter and CSR helped me via telephone and ordered a new credit card while my old card is still functioning. - Thanks to the lady handled HelloPeter

04/02 - collected my new credit card and handed in my old credit card to Tableview Branch to be cut and cancelled - Charmaine Pillay

09/02 - realised all debit orders on old credit card are still going through and my OLD CREDIT CARD WAS NOT CANCELLED!

Conclusion - All FNB Tableview branch employees need further training as they either 1) refuse to help and gave wrong information to clients 2) not doing their job properly by posing security risk and threats to their clients (i.e. not cancelled the old card).

this is a very serious event and I sincerely hope FNB will take appropriate action to resolve this.
