I got ****med R25 086.25 On my Call Account I've been back and forth laying complaints and no positive response from their ***** department . the incident took place on the 15 August 2020 its over a year nothing is being done all i get is to be sent from pillar to post and still need to call them for a response. I'm confuse cause call account is supposed to be an investment so to loose such huge amount makes me wonder . I need a response ASAP.... got assisted by Thulisile Twala from Machadodorp Branch and has done absolutely nothing.
