******** the vulnerable in uncertain times

Having been on the receiving end of a very hard sell on life cover, I am appalled at FNB insurance. While pushing a glossy sounding product, the rep would not email me the documents before I would make a commitment. Realising there had to be a catch, I asked many questions and was sure I understood the limitations and exclusions as explained to me. On confirmation of the policy I agreed to 24hrs agp, a glaring loophole was hastily pointed out. This is blatant misrepresentation and a ploy to **** the vulnerable in agonisingly uncertain times.
