******** pretending to be FNB agents

******** purporting to be from FNB phoned by 85 year old mother yesterday. If it hadn't been for her carer she would have given away her credit card details. While FNB told me they would never ask for these details, the question remains "How to protect vulnerable old people?". Also, how are they finding these targets?
