Fnb is such a *********!!!! Since when is UIF payment considered an income? I had my credit life insurance claim rejected on the basis that i am getting UIF amidst this pandemic so why the hell am paying so much money for this insurance if It wont help me when I need it most? I have been requesting my policy documents from one of your agents (Tamlyn Moonsamy) for over a month now and to date I havent received anything. If you refuse to payout my claim rather refund and cancel that policy!!!! It feels like you im being pushed into a corner to take your stupid covid19 loan. I have it on writing where your agent said UIF is not considered an income but she came back again and said TERF is but UiF and TERF are the same thing.refund me
