******** need to be dealt with

I have been a long standing client of FNB and I am very happy, I would not change to another bank ever at this stage. I am however having an issue with the amount of ****s I receive. These people somehow have my personal details, as in my name and surname, cell phone number and email address. Every now and then a **** pops through, however the **** I just received is shockingly accurate to how FNB presents its SMS's and emails. I am being harassed by ******** on all mediums, telling me I need to do something via them and FNB to become tax compliant. I am sure nobody at FNB has ever contacted me or communicated with me regarding my personal tax. I think you guys should really look into who may be breaching your systems and such because as I mentioned, the details they go into are pretty accurate.
