****mees of note. Worse bank ever

In December 2020 FNB debited my account twice for a transaction of R7000. I reported the matter and was told there is nothing like that. My account was left on a negative balance due to the second transaction hence when I received my salary for December it was short of R7000. FNB told me it was due to transactions I had made but could not even show me those transactions. They are ********.The worst bank ever. I have now consulted with a lawyer regarding the matter. I will not let it go until I get my money back.
