****med R40000 off which the bank doesn't want to refund me my funds back

Hello Peter I have a serious problem and painful experience vwith FNB bank they didn't treat me right am so frastrated,I've been ****med R480000 on the 14 December 2020 till now I don't know what happened because when I go to bank they told me that my case has been closed offwhich I don't know the reason. My investigating officer Nhlamulo Baloyi told me that my funds are being secured and will send me the email which shows me how much did the bank secured for me till date am still waiting for response, please help me am so frastrated I've made lot of debt knowing that am having money at the bank.
