****med - FNB refuses Refund
Got ****med in SA by MAXCFD situated in London while I am a South African Resident with more than R3500 on 29 Nov.
Reported to FNB closest Branch, completed a ***** Document
Got feedback few days ago responding they won't refund. I need to resubmit all docs and proof. I have none except sms.
Surely they can see my money went into a Chemmiholdings account 7n London.
Been with FNB for many years. But definitely planning to move all my accounts.
POOR Service!!!!!
Heard of other banks that refunded their clients.
