****med by ***** - Refunded - ****med again By FNB

<p>I was ****med at the FNB ATM on Barbara Rd. Whilst at the FNB I struggled to get my card in and as I wanted to go a *********** wanted to assist and was very persistent, my card went in and I repeatedly asked this guy to leave me alone, which he eventually did, but as I realised something was not right and wanted to cancel the transaction nothing happened. I called customer service because the atm "froze" and my money and card DID NOT come out (R3000) was out my account and I haven't even punched in the amount I wanted to with draw. I got the Sms while my card was still inside the ATM. I stood around the entire time I was on the line with the operator while she cancelled my card. I waited another 10 minutes just to make sure the money doesn't come out somehow. NOTHING!! The garage has video surveillance and FNB has not bothered to watch it. Weeks after the incident I got a letter from the ***** division acknowledging that I was ****med and because I have been a loyal and good customer they will refund me the R3000 as a first and final settlement, which I was very thankful for. Two weeks later FNB decides to take my money back again because according to them (change of story) the money and my card was dispensed???Note that the R3000 was a pending transaction in my account for over a week? and the best they charge ME a fee of R65 for taking money out my account without informing me of this sudden change of story, im not even sure if what they did is legal, surely they can't just take money from a client without getting permission or discussing the details? </p> <p>FNB has seriousgly disappointed me not once but continuously, interest rates on personal loans is sky high, even though I'm a Private client now I went through a bad patch and loaned money from them, because I had a bad credit record my annual interest rate was calculated at 32% shouldnt they try and help struggling people instead of making them poorer?? </p> <p> As a private client they refuse to give me a overdraft because of my credit rating, which I can understand and appreciate there is a risk involved but then assess my entire situation and take into account my salary before just declining - Why then offer me a private client account if they won't allow me the benefits that comes with it???</p> <p> Seriously annoyed and disappointed with FNB had my account for years !!</p>
