I recently got a bond from FNB and I noticed that the rate keeps increasing every week. I called the bank and no one is willing to assist me and the consultants are rude. i spent hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up but nothing. i really do not know what to do at this point. be careful when applying for a home loan in this bank and make sure everything is transparent, otherwise, you will be ****med.
