<p>I ported my number to FNB Connect (prepaid) a few months ago and it is the biggest regret of my life as the data disappears like nothing. I have been trying to port my number to Cell C for the past 2 months and the ports never go through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bank with FNB but they have made communication so difficult that I'm even thinking of just moving to another bank completely as it seems that I will now have to change the number I have used my whole life to get out of this misery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another frustrating thing about the FNB Connect sim card is that you can't even buy airtime with cash, you have to buy from the bank and with the amount of airime and data that I have to buy everyday, I often run out of cash and eBucks to buy.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is how FNB does business then I would rather not be associated with it and my friends and family agree that this is a ******* that we can't port to other networks that they are all thinking of moving to other banks. </p> <p> </p> <p>What happened to a person's constitutional right of freedom of choice????? Or has FNB taken this away from us and holds us hostage?</p> <p> </p> <p>It worried me when I saw other people complaiin of this too - moving to FNB was the biggest mistake I ever made.</p>
