****med at the FNB atm

Hi I am posting this on behalf of my friend who banks with fnb, On Saturday he went to the atm to make a withdrawal whilst he was at the atm no money was given to him but he received two SMS messages telling him that a total of R6000.00 was taken from his account within seconds, he has been to the bank and after hours of a back and forth they basically say they cannot assist without an affidavit from SAPS, he went to SAPS who say they cannot help without a bank statement, he requires urgent assistance as he cannot pay his rent or buy food, this needs to be resolved by the end of today as it is fnb who is at fault as they do not have sufficient security measures to protect their customers.
