****ing bank like FNB bank must be punished they mustn't get away with it

I have an account with them both personally cheque account and business account,there are ****ers always deduction my account without my consent and I visited thier branch today and I was told that they can't do anything about it even canceling inorder to stop them they can't.

The waste bank ever that I have had this kind of issue and they don't care about it.

Which means if it means these ****ers FNB as a service provider they don't do anything about it this FNB is involved in this ****ing issues.

I think this so called FNB will loose more customers because of this if they continue ****ing their customers for real.

I have spent a lot of money on this bank but today they revealed to me who they are, and I will definitely go to their branch and cancel both my personal and business account as they don't need me anymore enough is enough.

Am not happy at all about this bank I heard people talking about but today I have enough.
