Can FNB pay all back my money I was phoned by 3 people now trying to resolve the issue or trying to tell me that I have to understand what I they telling me I don't agree with whatever the only thing that I want is my claim money from them not than less it was a **** plan/policy.

23 Nov 2021, 12:12What more information are you requesting from me cause I joined this policy last year October 2020 when I claim they said I have to wait till next year January to claim then when I'm asking them some questions they then changed to say I didn't pay my policy in October month and in October I was in hospital after being discharged I send a claim therefore I was told that my claim has declined when I'm asking them why....cause on my side is active so that is why I'm now asking them to pay me back the money that I was paying that policy.
