**** FNB Uber Eats Voucher

I received a voucher for Uber eats. When i tried to redeem the voucher it did not get deducted from my purchase. I contacted FNB via my app. I was told by Ashton Feldman to contact Uber Eats directly and enquire why the voucher is not working. I do not understand why i would have to contact uber eats directly when I have received the voucher from FNB App. These voucher that they give us on the app clearly is not working and its just a **** from FNB. I am so disappointed in the service i received today. I would have thought that they would contact Uber Eats and sort this out. Way to go FNB.
