****: FNB Premier Banking - False

The 'Team of Bankers' FNB uses to acquire customers to its 'Premier' line and charge people the prices they do is lacking an aspect they promise. They say they give you a 'team of bankers' but they only give you a switchboard. Contact the 'secpialised team of bankers' and 100% of the time - they refer you to someone else. The consumer could do their job but using google. I contacted them and they said they changed things but they haven't. Today 24 April 2020 I will copy and paste a few examples I found here to illustrate the false advertising. Making final complaint before considering consumer commission, advertising body or whatever is next unless they resolve it.
