****! Fnb not helpful!

I was ****med by making an eft to someone. Now Fnb expects me to go to the police, then phone again, then fill in 100 documents and by that time, this freaking *********** have taken the money and closed the account. I have all the proof. All i needed was an email address to send to fnb and then they can see whats happening. I have to spend hours on this, just to MAYBE get back the R500 ******? I dont think so!
