**** - Covid Relief Fund

I requested cancelation on one of the offers FNB offered me because I accepted not understanding what it entails or how it works.

I was assured that the application was accepted and will be cancelled, the lady even gave me the reference number as a confirmation.

I check on my App this morning unfortunately its there they even charged me interest for it.

I refuse to pay and be liable for this as I requested the cancelation within the right time frame.
