FNB is full of stories

Ref: SECM 2*** I reported a **** case in November 2019 but nothing happened. Nomthandazo Macayi who was handling my case told me that they will refund my money. I forwarded all the documents they requested (affidavit, proof of payment). I have a trail of emails between her and myself. After all the effort now they told me that the case is long overdue and that is not my fault. And they don't want to respond here, they want to respond privately. Why?

Now FNB called and told me that the case is long overdue I must get a court order for them to reinstate my case.

This is not acceptable especially the delay was on their side. I requested very early that FNB must reverse my money after I noticed that this is a ****. But now they taking me from pillar to post instead of paying back my money.
