I tried to request FNB to reverse my money immediately after I noticed that this is a ****. Herewith my case number **** CASE 2019/986360. This case was handed to Nomthandazo Macayi who told me to open a case with SAPS and do the affidavit. I did send all the documents and she promised me that I will get my refund. This case was outstanding since November 2019. I've been sending emails with no response. FNB is not helping to pay my money R9000.00 back.
