**** by FNB bank

My mother made a will at FNB Giyani branch with the impression that the will is “FREE” and everything will be sorted out when she passes on. She passed on this year on May, she was a pensioner and when she passed on she had 24000 in her account. We tried several times to withdraw the funds but we were advised that we will be committing *****. Little did we know that the account was empty and that we are still owing the bank as beneficiaries. My question is, was my mother made aware of this charges ? Did she make an informed decision because all she was told was that the will is FREEEEE. When I enquired more I was told that I will be advised at a later stage. Up to today we don’t even have a letter of authority. People please be advised that the bank is running a **** by letting you believe that the will is FREE. It’s better to get your own lawyer to handle your estate. They are running a ****
