FNB is a **** . I lost my car in January 2023 , reported the card to them , they blocked my card (so they say) on the 9th January 2022. Today I'm receiving another transactions that were done on the same canceled card after having to report the card and received a confirmation that my card was canceled and got a new card . My money is taken from my account again till negative balance. This bank is Bull durst honestly. They Essington up my credit report and my bank statement for no reason.

09 Feb 2023, 18:48Today I called fnb ***** department to do follow up on my case as I urgently need my money , I spoke to the lady under the name of Mokgadiwhowas so inpatien and not even willing to assist. I'm finding your service being poor and your systems are poor . I'm taking this matter to the SA bank ombudsman since you are not willing to assist with my query. Coz honestly you do not value your client or care for that matter .
